My Journey

Hi, I’m Sandra and I’m a certified Health & Wellness Coach.

But what most people don’t know, is that I have lived what I teach my clients!

I grew up in a home where health was often a topic of discussion, since my mother was a nurse, and I’ve always had a keen interest in nutrition and wellness.

But during Perimenopause I steadily gained weight, which I was unable to shift, I struggled with the demands of a high stress job, I wasn’t sleeping well anymore and my energy levels declined.

Eventually I hit the brakes, and I slowly reintroduced mindfulness practices, committed to regular exercise, and transformed my diet. Bit by bit, balance returned, I slept better and without even trying, the extra kilos disappeared.  I lost 10 kg in three months, and I have successfully maintained my weight since.

My Passion

I specialize in weight-loss for women who struggle with lack of energy and overwhelm, especially during menopause, when most of us feel disconnected and alone.

I help my clients build healthy habits and sustainable lifestyle changes so that they can achieve their individual health and wellness goals.  Besides facilitating habit and lifestyle changes, I also use education, guidance, daily motivational messages and accountability to keep my clients on track, for a deeply supportive transformation journey. 

At 50 I finally feel at ease and comfortable in my own skin. Healthy eating feels natural, exercise, meditation and breathwork are part of my daily routine and my weight is stable. I have more energy, and my skin is the best it’s been in years.  And I want my clients to experience the same!
